A video consultation on Yolki costs R$ 89.90. On the Duo plan, for up to 2 pets, each consultation costs R$ 49.90. Duo costs less than R$ 1 a day: the monthly plan has 14 days free, then R$ 29.90/month; the annual plan is R$ 239.90/year. Downloading the app is free, and the price always shows before you confirm any charge.

We don't promise 24-hour service. The app shows when a vet is available before you confirm the consultation. In an urgent or emergency case, such as trouble breathing, seizures, bleeding or suspected poisoning, don't wait: go straight to a vet clinic or hospital.

Yolki works across Brazil, on your phone. The consultation is by video, so it doesn't depend on your city: you just need the app on iPhone or Android and an internet connection. Consultations are in Portuguese, with CRMV-registered vets.

Yes. Veterinary telemedicine is regulated by Brazil's Federal Council of Veterinary Medicine in CFMV Resolution No. 1,465/2022, which defines modalities such as teleconsultation and teleorientation. The same rule forbids teleconsultation in urgent and emergency cases: in those cases, seek in-person care.

Yes — each one is generated from your pet's data (species, breed, age). Our veterinary team (CRMV) reviews samples of what gets published. A serious health concern? That's what the online vet consultation is for.

Your data is protected by LGPD and by European GDPR, with encryption. We don't sell it or train third-party AI with it — and you can export or delete it whenever you want. See the full policy →

No. You start without a card. It only comes up if you choose a paid plan — and the decision is always yours.

You can delete your account and your data at any time, in two ways. In the app: tap your avatar, go to My Account, then Security and privacy, and tap Delete account — deletion happens instantly, with no need to reinstall the app. By email: send a request to [email protected] from your registered email, and we'll delete your account and your data. After deletion, your data is erased, except what the law requires us to retain. The action is final and ends your access to Yolki.
