1. Who We Are

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, app, and services Yolki Pet ("Service"), operated by Coflint OÜ, a legal entity incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Estonia, with headquarters in Harju County, Kesklinna District, Tallinn, Estonia ("Coflint", "we").

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, downloading the app, or using any feature, you confirm you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for people over 16 (sixteen) years old. Minors may only use it with express authorization from a legal guardian, who will assume full responsibility.

4. Educational Nature — Not Veterinary Advice

Yolki Pet provides educational content and tracking tools. The information provided does not replace, under any circumstances, diagnosis, prescription, or care from a licensed veterinarian. In case of emergency or medical concern, immediately consult a professional. Coflint is not responsible for decisions made based solely on the content.

5. Account and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to don't:

Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
Copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service or its content without prior authorization;
Interfere with the Service's operation, security, or integrity (including bots, scraping, injection);
Provide false data, unauthorized third-party data, or infringe intellectual property rights.

7. Plans, Pricing and Pre-Launch

Plan prices and terms shown in promotional materials are indicative and may be adjusted at any time before official launch, without prior notice and without any contractual obligation for Coflint to maintain communicated prices. The final offer will be presented and formalized upon payment plan subscription.

Early adopter benefits (e.g., lifetime pricing, free months, queue positions) are granted at Coflint's discretion, are subject to availability, and may be modified or canceled at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All Service content (text, images, code, brand, logos, videos, learning paths) is exclusively owned by Coflint or licensed to it, and is protected by applicable law. No provision of these Terms transfers any ownership rights of such materials to you.

9. Availability and Changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may alter, suspend, or discontinue features or the Service in its entirety, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coflint, its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profits damages. Coflint's total aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the user in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 50.00, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coflint against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, in case of violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or request from a competent authority.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Republic of Estonia and, to the extent applicable, by the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR) and the Brazilian General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD - Law No. 13.709/2018). The Court of Harju (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, Estonia is hereby elected as the forum for resolving any disputes, without prejudice to consumer rights granted by mandatory law of your country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the update date. Your continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the new version.
