What is Yolki?

Yolki Pet is an app that helps pet parents take better care of their pet every day — with personalized content (Discoveries), a health record, and online vet consultations. It's a product of Coflint OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia · Europe), built by a team that includes Brazilians.

Does Yolki replace my vet?

No. Yolki helps you understand and prevent, day to day. The online vet consultation inside the app complements — never replaces — the care of your trusted veterinarian.

How does the online vet consultation work?

From the app you can talk to a veterinarian to ask questions and get guidance. It's support for everyday care and health questions — it does not replace exams, in-person diagnosis, or emergency care. In an emergency, see an in-person vet immediately.

Which devices does Yolki work on?

Yolki is available for iPhone (iOS) and Android. Get it on the App Store or Google Play, create your account, and get started.

Are the Discoveries made by AI?

Yes — each one is generated using your pet's data (species, breed, age). Our veterinary team (CRMV) reviews samples of what gets published. Serious health concern? That's what the online vet consultation is for.

I'm having trouble signing in / logging in. What should I do?

First, check your internet connection and make sure the app is updated to the latest version in the store. If you use Sign in with Apple or email login and the error persists, close and reopen the app. If it still fails, write to hello@yolki.pet describing your device (model and OS version) and what appears on screen — we'll help you fix it.

Is it safe? What about my data?

Your data is protected by LGPD and by European GDPR, with encryption. We don't sell it or train third-party AI with it — and you can export or delete it whenever you want. See the full policy →

How much does it cost?

Yolki has a free part and features that will be paid. You start without adding a card — and when plans arrive, the price shows up before any charge.

How do I update my pet's or my account details?

Inside the app, open the profile settings (for your pet or your account) and edit the information. Changes apply right away. If something doesn't save, write to hello@yolki.pet.

How do I delete my account and my data?

You can delete your account and your data at any time, in two ways. In the app: tap your avatar, go to My Account, then Security and privacy, and tap Delete account — deletion happens instantly, no need to reinstall the app. By email: send a request to hello@yolki.pet from your registered email, and we'll delete your account and data. The action is final and ends your access to Yolki.

What is deleted. Your account and login; your registration data (name, email and identifiers); your address; your pets' profiles and their photos; your progress and achievements in the app; your device's notification records; and the messages you sent to the AI assistant.

What is kept, and for how long. Records of veterinary teleconsultations held through Yolki are not deleted: they stop being linked to your account but remain stored. Brazilian veterinary law requires medical records to be archived for at least 5 years from the last consultation (CFMV Resolution No. 1,321/2020, art. 9, §3), even if the animal has died. For the same reason we keep the consent records — proof of which terms you accepted and when, which by its nature retains the email address used at the time. Any bug reports or reviews you submitted are also kept, those with no link to your account.

If you have a consultation in progress, finish or cancel it before deleting your account — deletion is blocked while an active appointment exists.
