This Policy describes how Coflint OÜ ("Coflint", "we"), the controller of Yolki Pet, collect, use, share, and protect personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR), with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13.709/2018) and other applicable laws.

We do not collect sensitive pet owner data (racial origin, orientation, biometric data) or children's data. Clinical animal data you enter is restricted to your own monitoring.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
- Contract Execution: allow registration, login, access to services, and delivery of contracted services;
- Legitimate Interest: usage measurement, fraud prevention, security, and Service improvement;
- Consent: sending marketing communications and using non-essential cookies (revocable at any time);
- Legal Obligation: compliance with orders from competent authorities and tax withholding when applicable.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share with third parties only in the following cases:
- Operators/Sub-processors who support us (cloud hosting, database, email delivery, analytics), under contract and under our instructions;
- Legal Obligation or determination by competent authority;
- Business Reorganization (merger, acquisition), with prior notice.
5. International Transfers
Since we operate from the European Union, your data may be processed in European Economic Area (EEA) countries and, eventually, outside it (Brazil, USA) via subprocessors. In these cases, we use appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses from the European Commission and applicable adequacy decisions.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR and LGPD, you may, at any time:
- Confirm the existence of processing and access your data;
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
- Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in violation;
- Request data portability to another provider;
- Revoke consent;
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- File a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

7. Retention
We retain your data while your account is active and for applicable legal periods after termination (typically 5 years for tax and legal defense purposes), after which it is anonymized or deleted.
8. Security
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, logs, backups, and monitoring. No system is 100% secure; inform us immediately if you suspect an incident.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 16 years old. If we identify accidental collection of minors' data, it will be deleted.
